About us: We have established the club since July 2020, and we hold English Corner on every Saturday, even during holidays.Now we became very strong and popular with English  lover in ShangHai!

Attention:Hello Weekend 英语角活动再次迎来重大升级：

首先感谢大家在过去对Hello Weekend英语角的大力支持，随着活动热度的不断攀升，参与人数屡创新高。考虑到原有场地的规模以及大家的体验感，我们本周将会

搬迁到全新的场地，新场地风格类似Wework，交通便捷，场地活动面积高达200㎡，可容纳50人以上，完全独立于外界，没有任何噪音干扰，并预装多媒体和投影设备。我们将在会议教室举办Study Group，公共区域举办Free Talk。所有参与者全程可享受茶水和果茶畅饮，场地提供小吃零食，并允许自带饮料和小吃零食。

Another Major Upgrade of English Corner by Hello Weekend

First and foremost, we want to express our sincere gratitude to the support from all of you. As our weekly activities become more popular, the number of attendants keeps beating the record. Considering the capacity of current venue as well as participants’ experience, we have decided to relocate to a new venue for the session from this week on. The interior design of new location is characteristic of Wework office. It boasts superior traffic access, and, with a floor area of more than 200㎡, can accommodate more than 50 people. The isolation from the outside affords a noise-free environment, and multimedia devices including microphone and projector offer more possibilities for interaction.  We will host Study Group in the meeting room and Free Talk in the public area. All participants can enjoy unlimited refill for tea and juice, and are allowed to bring your own drinks and food; Also some snacks and confections will be available.

Hello Weekend英语角至今已经成立将近1年，回望过去，我们迈过了100人，500人和1000人参与人次的里程碑，非常感谢大家长期以来的支持。为了进一步提升大家的英语角活动体验，并结合大家提供的宝贵意见，我们隆重推出英语话题学习小组。作为Hello Weekend每周英语角的一个附加活动，英语话题学习小组旨在通过聚焦热点话题的形式，由具备丰富英语教学经验的成员向所有参与者提供专业免费的英语指导。不同于过去free talk的形式，英语话题学习小组以4项规则为基础（Rule No.1 English Only Rule No.2 Free Discussioin  Rule No.3 Be a Good Listener Rule No.4 Ready for Improvement)，创造了一个全英文的交流学习环境。在这里你可以学会使用英语独立完整表述观点，并有效地改善自我语音，减少用词和语法等常见错误，为未来学习或工作中使用英语打下一个坚实的基础。

自从（5月22日），我们已经成功上线英语话题学习小组，并得到各位参与者的积极反馈，我们将持续开展并不断改善，为大家打造一个优秀的英语语言学习交友一站式社群。

Introducing Study Group

It’s been almost a year since we launched the Hello Weekend English Corner, and in looking back, we are proud to see the great milestones in welcoming a total of 100, 500 and 1000 participants to our weekly session. We are deeply grateful for the great support from everyone. To take everyone’s  experience one step further, and in response to all the constructive feedback from participants, we want everyone to meet our next-level activity-Study Group. As a newly added sub-session of weekly English Corner, the Study Group that focuses on a trendy topic will be led by an experienced and qualified English teaching professional, and is free for every participant to join. Unlike the free talk that everyone is familiar with, the Study Group is run on four key rules(I.e. Rule No.1 English Only Rule No.2 Free Discussion  Rule No.3 Be a Good Listener Rule No.4 Ready for Improvement), and aims to create a fully immersive English learning environment where everyone can learn how to independently express their opinions, improve their pronunciations and eliminate common lexical and grammatical errors. Hopefully, your participation will help you lay a solid foundation for the professional use of English in both study and work. 

On May 22nd, we have made a successful Go-alive for the Study Group, and it was very well-received. We will make continuous improvement to what is offered to everyone and build a reliable community for both English language study and networking.

活动时间:   每周六下午 14：00~17:00

活动地点：上海市静安区 太田路（具体地址报名后告知，交通路线：地铁2/12号线 南京西路 出站步行8分钟 13号线 自然博物馆 出站步行5分钟）！独立包场空间。

费用成本：

早鸟票（至少提前2天）：58元

标准票（提前1天）：68元

空降票（活动当天）：88元

费用包含:场地费 提供饮料茶水畅饮 小吃零食 宣传推广成本，组织费用，活动道具成本，多媒体设备,话题内容准备

可自带饮品 小吃

（注意：报名后由于个人原因无法参加活动者，不予退款，谢谢！）

组织者也有全职工作，时间精力有限，望理解！

参与人数：>=10人(普遍每次参与者人数为20~30人)

主要参与人群：外企工作者，外籍人士，外语专业生，有一定海外留学经历（至少敢于用英语开口发言)，英语爱好者，渴望提升口语水平者

谢绝保险，培训机构，销售人员参加，一经发现，即刻拉黑！

P S：1.希望各位参与者能够支持场地提供方运营，至少点一杯饮品（咖啡/果汁/啤酒等） 感谢合作

2.活动过程中请保持文明礼貌，如被发现有不雅行为，立即下逐客令，并终身取消活动参与资格且群内通告

活动一般流程(Everything in English):

1.预约报名，根据自己的实际水平自评对应等级

2.提前1日发出现场讨论的话题（各自可按照话题准备问题以及论点，也可做Free chat）

3.现场签到，根据预约时选择的等级获取对应的贴纸标签

4.根据标签安排分组分桌，加入话题小组或者 Free chat

自评等级标准如下表（仅供参考）：

Number of participants:No less than Ten(According to the Recent statistics, the number of participants is between 20 and 30 each time)

Suggested Participants:Working in foreign company/English major/Have oversea studying experience/who desire to improve oral English

(Available to express yourself  in English at least! )

Decline insurance, training institutions, sales personnel to participate, once found, move to black list immediately !

P S: Please be polite during the activity. If you are found to have any disrespectful behavior, you will be force to leave immediately, and you will be disqualified from the activity forever and notified in the group

Actitity Process:

1.Sign up in advance,select your level of English proficiency.

2.The topic will be sent out one day in advance in activity group.

3.Sign in and get the tag according to the level selected at the time of reservation

4.Divide group by the tag,join topic discussion group/free chat group(6-8 people in each group)
